She has positioned communities competitively, accelerated lead generation and met or exceeded occupancy goals in diverse economic climates and markets. As director of sales and marketing for Midwest Health, she helped the company grow by 32 locations through acquisition and blue sky projects. She worked closely with operations and served as interim executive director many times, gaining a vital understanding of the customer experience, how to deliver what’s promised, and how sales and marketing fits into the big picture of a community’s operational goals and challenges.
