Recognized as one of the best senior living sales leaders in the country, Laureen is a highly effective, results-driven strategic partner for client leadership. In her past 11 years on executive teams, she has dramatically increased occupancy and led successful blue-sky efforts for Life Plan Communities, 55+ communities, and assisted living and nursing care communities throughout the United States. She is a visionary leader and strategic thinker who excels in developing and leading strong teams. Prior to joining Love and Company, she was the vice president of sales and marketing for Greystone Communities, where she achieved record census for all 36+ of the company’s communities. On the provider side, Laureen was a vice president for a multi-site provider and a single-site community. In both direct community leadership and executive partnerships, she has developed a rich track record of achieving and exceeding client goals through development and training of marketing leadership and sales teams, exceptional sales management, and strategic planning and budget management. She holds a BS from University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.
