Frederick, Maryland, August 3, 2012—Love & Company, a leading marketing, advertising and sales firm in the senior housing field, announced that Lisa Pearre, Principal and Vice President of Client Services, was named Marketer of the Year at the American Advertising Federation (AAF)- Greater Frederick 2012 Maven Awards.
Pearre, a 2004 graduate of the Leadership Frederick County program, has been an active and valued contributor to the regional marketing and advertising community for many years. She has served as a leadership council member for the Leadership Frederick County program, a past board member for the AAF- Greater Frederick, and Frederick Magazine honored her with the 2005 People to Watch award.
As Principal and Vice President of Client Services with Love & Company, Pearre is an integral member of the senior leadership team and leads the firm’s marketing planning, lead generation and branding processes. She has successfully managed the development of marketing communications plans and media programs for a host of senior living clients, recently developing and leading Vinson Hall Retirement Community’s apartment expansion marketing and lead generation program that resulted in the McLean, Virginia retirement community exceeding their sales goals ten months ahead of schedule.

A resident of Jefferson, Maryland, Pearre is a graduate of McDaniel College, a member of her alma mater’s Alumni Association Leadership Council, and the mother of three children aged 3, 5 and 18. She and her husband, Austin, enjoy having fun with their children and are proud to be sending their oldest son off to college in the fall.

The AAF- Greater Frederick is the regional professional organization for individuals who work in advertising, marketing and related fields within central and Western Maryland.
