Replace Marketing Events with Community Experiences for Better Prospect Engagement
Presenting on June 11, 2026, 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM ET:
- Amy Brodie, SVP of Client Experience
- Genie Heer, Strategic Sales Advisor
Session description: This session argues that even successful marketing events can fall short if they don’t create meaningful engagement. It contrasts traditional, high-attendance events with smaller, more intentional “community experiences” that let prospects actively participate in a community’s culture and lifestyle. Using case studies, it shows how these tailored experiences build relationships and move not-yet-ready prospects further along the sales funnel, emphasizing personalization and connection over volume and sales tactics.
Following this session, you will be able to:
- Plan on-site experiences that match a community’s residents, culture, programming and areas of operational excellence with the interests of targeted members of the lead base
- Design sales strategies that foster engagement, trust and deepened relationships between lead base members and the sales team
- Plan integrated promotional approaches across multiple channels that match the on-site experience
